Feel Future

The future is not only something to think about – we also need to feel it in order to truly understand it. That’s what #ExperienceDesign is about: How do we create spaces where the future doesn’t remain abstract but becomes tangible? In workshops, dialogue formats, or immersive settings, I develop formats that invite people to experience futures – with all their senses, in exchange with others, beyond PowerPoint and predictions.

A central part of this work is strengthening #FuturesLiteracy – the ability to engage with the future as something open, uncertain, and shapeable. The future is not something to be consumed. It needs to be worked on, explored, and experienced – ideally together. That’s why I consciously design my formats as spaces of #Facilitation, where not only content but also processes and interactions are taken into account. It’s about how we talk about the future – and what that does to us.

In all of this, #CoCreation plays a central role. Because the future is never a solo act – it emerges through collaboration. Through shared scenarios, dialogues, artifacts, or role changes, the future is not just discussed but jointly experienced. This creates the foundation for #immersiveLearning, where not only the mind but also intuition, emotion, and attitude play a role. The future becomes tangible – and thus more manageable.
