Maschinenraum – Future Impulses for the German Mittelstand
Maschinenraum is a shared ecosystem developed by family-owned businesses for family-owned businesses. It brings together the boldest German-speaking companies and their 450,000+ employees to connect, share experiences, knowledge, skills, and resources—and thereby strengthen their capacity for transformation. In my role as a Maker, I had the opportunity to support Maschinenraum in two formats with my Foresight expertise. The focus was on future impulses, interactive sessions, and innovative thought starters.
