What opportunities, risks, potentials and challenges lie ahead? Understanding is all about thinking: How are the issues connected? Which developments do we consider plausible – and why? Only by understanding the future can we truly experience it later.
We live in times of high complexity, uncertainty, and change. Many people and organizations feel overwhelmed by this. But the future doesn’t have to be daunting. It is shapeable – if we learn to understand it, experience it, and consciously influence it.
As a futurist, I support you and your organization in making the future tangible: with sound foresight, immersive formats, and creative methods from foresight, strategy, design, and science.
Services
The future is unpredictable, but by combining different approaches, methods, and perspectives, I can make it understandable, experiencable, and shapeable for you and your organization and together with you and your organization.
Experience
How conceivable is this future – for me, for my organization, for others? Experiencing is about feeling: Is this future scenario truly imaginable? What impact would it have on our everyday lives, our work, our roles? Only by experiencing the future can we truly shape it.
Shape
What does this mean for my strategy or actions? How do I become active here and now? Shaping is where we build the bridge between future and present. We prioritize and decide, set a focus, and move into action. Only by shaping the future does it become reality.

Shaping the future together?
Ideas
In addition to my projects for clients, I also work privately on various ideas that make the future tangible in very different ways. Some are about to be released, others are still in the early stages.

SDGgolf combines the game mechanics of mini golf with education for sustainable development. Each hole focuses on one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and playfully conveys knowledge about global challenges.
The Future Map
The Future Map is a visual foresight tool that helps organizations identify future challenges and develop strategic courses of action. In a one-day workshop, a customized map of the future is created.
Product Fiction
Product Fiction combines the Product Field Framework with Design Fiction to develop new approaches to innovation and strategy. Products are not just seen as objects, but as narratives about possible futures.
Foresight Board Game
Why not “play” foresight? That’s the question we’re exploring through board game prototypes designed to make foresight tangible in a playful way.
